Pai Gow Express:

It is a new variation of two of the most popular games in casino history, Pai Gow Poker and 3 Card Poker. Played with a conventional poker deck and one joker. It can be played 6 or 7 handed on a blackjack style table. In order to eliminate the 5% commission we have created a qualifier for the player's front hand (2-card hand) of an 8 or better. Not qualifying will occur very infrequently, 1 hand in 46.7. Thus eliminating the time it takes to collect 5% on winning wagers and player's frustration of receiving 95 cents on the dollar. It's a win-win situation.

Each player receives five cards. The object of the game is to set the five cards into two hands: a two card front hand  and a three card back hand. The player must arrange the hand according to the two-three formations and the front hand may not rank higher than the back hand as in Pai Gow Poker. In the front hand, only Pair and No Pair have rank value. In the back hand, "Three of a Kind" is the best possible hand. The following are the ranking of hands in descending order of value:

      (1)   Three of a Kind

     (2)   Straight Flush

     (3)   Straight  (A-2-3)  is the smallest Straight)

     (4)   Flush

     (5)   One Pair

     (6)   No Pair  (High Card)

Player wins when his/her two hands respectively rank higher than the Dealer's two hands. Player loses when his/her hands respectively rank lower than the Dealer's two hands. When one of the hands ranks higher and the other lower, it results in a tie (push) and no wager is exchanged, again as in Pai Gow Poker. When the Player and the Dealer have the exact same hand, the Dealer wins that hand.

Optional Jackpots and Bonus Bets will be used and recommended, subject to local ordinances.
